Oral Presenter Guidelines

Oral sessions are live sessions of 70minitues or  90 minutes moderated by a chair person. The oral presentations are 15 minutes, which may not be exceeded. There are 3 or 4 presentations in each oral session.

IMPORTANT!!!

Your slides are needed before your presentation, please make sure you arrive early to your session room.

 

Your slides: 

  • For 15 minutes of presentation, you can prepare around 15 (maximum 17) slides in PowerPoint, including the introduction and end slide. 

  • Be sure that the PowerPoint slides have the same layout all way through. 

  • If you wish to add films or other sorts of interactive materials, please include these in the presentation (do not access them through internet, as this may not work to your satisfaction).

Technical information:

  • Please bring your file as a PowerPoint file not PDF or another format.

  • You will need USB-stick to upload your file at the conference site.

  • If you have minor last minute changes, you can use the laptop available in the session room. Please make sure you are in your session room on time. 

  • Each room have at least 1 hand held microphone.

 

*To make the conference green, we encourage presenters to share handout online bases. More information will be given at the conference website.

*You can bring printed handouts, however, please make sure not leave it after the session finished.

Panel Session Guidelines

 

Panel sessions are live sessions of 90 minutes moderated by panel organisers. Please make sure to keep the session in time.

 

IMPORTANT!!!

To run everything on time your slides are needed before the session start, please make sure you arrive early to your session room.

 

Your slides: 

  • Be sure that the PowerPoint slides have the same layout all way through. 

  • Please bring your file as a PowerPoint file not PDF or another format.

  • You will need USB-stick to upload your file at the conference site.

  • If you wish to add films or other sorts of interactive materials, please include these in the presentation (do not access them through internet, as this may not work to your satisfaction).

Poster Presenter Guidelines

The accepted poster will be displayed throughout the day on either 13th or 14th June 2024. Poster presenters are encouraged to be available by their posters during the coffee breaks to address any queries regarding the posters.

All posters must be removed from the panels by 4pm each day. Please be informed that posters which are be removed by the presenters will be discarded.

 

Preparing Your Poster

Poster Number

Each poster board is assigned a number corresponding to the poster numbers listed in the program. Please use the board that corresponds with your poster number that is received by email. Thumbtack(pin) will be provided on the conference site to put your poster up.

Poster Size and Content Guideline

To ensure that the scientific content is displayed attractively and professionally, please fulfill the requirements below:
Size

The panel’s dimensions are 900cm (width) x 2100cm (height) and poster should not exceed this size.

 – Language

Your poster should be written in English.

The poster may include the following sections:

  • Poster Title

  • All co-authors and affiliations 

  • Introduction/Objectives

  • Methods & Materials

  • Results (may include graphs, tables, and figures)

  • Discussion

  • Conclusion

  • References, bibliography
