Timetable (Outline)
We are currently making the conference timetable, however, we would like to share the outline so you can start to plan your trip. The detailed timetable will be released by early May. Please wait for the update.
13th June Registration Open 8:30 am - Conference Close 9:00 pm (6:30 pm-9:00 pm Dinner)
14th June Registration Open 8:00 am - Conference Close 5:00 pm
Please watch out for the ACCEPTANCE EMAILS!!!
If you have already received an acceptance email please pre-register early to help the organising committee run the conference smoothly, although the deadline is May 31, 2024.
If you know that you are not attending the conference, please let us know as soon as possible so we can give the slot to others.
We are expecting over 300 attendees from all over the world. We look forward to meeting you at the conference!!

Please send us a form <link> to request documents. It will take at least a week to prepare the
document so please let us know as soon as possible. You may request your document
once you pay the registration fee in full regardless of your abstract acceptance status.
Invitation Letter
Please send us an email <easp.fiss.2024@gmail.com> with your abstract acceptance notice
or registration receipt. The invitation letter will be sent out on request. If you wish to have
any information included in your invitation letter, please state the details in your email.
If you wish to request invitation letters on behalf of your co-authors, please state that clearly
in your request email. Please also understand that it will take at least a week for us to
prepare the letter.

Abstract Submission Deadline Extended for Poster Presentation!!
The abstract submission deadline for poster presentation has been extended to 30 April 2024.
*Oral presentation and panel proposal will be closed on 31 March 2024 (Japan time)
Deadlines:
・ Submission of paper abstract(Oral presentation/Panel proposal): CLOSED
・ Submission of paper abstract(Poster presentation): 30 April 2024
・ Notification to acceptance: 1 April to 1 May 2024
・ Early bird registration: CLOSED
・ Registration: 31 May 2024
The Registration Fee:
The fees for the registration are as follows:
Standard 40,000 Japanese Yen (about 250.00 EURO)
Students 24,000 Japanese Yen (about 150.00 EURO)
The fee covers lunches on both days, dinner on the first day, and coffee. Accommodations are not included. Accommodation arrangements should be made independently. A special discount rate is available for the Prince Hotel Takaragaike which is located adjacent to the venue, but there are many accommodation options in various price ranges throughout Kyoto.
